"Staff attempted to help but was somewhat unsuccessful due to the degradation of property. Ice machine didn't work which normally would not be that bad as you could go to the next floor. But in this case the elevators would only allow you to your floor with your key access , and this was a standard not premium room. Room toilet as well as Lobby bathroom toilets more clogging and not easily cleared. Blackout curtains hardware was broken so room was somewhat light due to the sagging. Restaurant menu was somewhat Limited but adequate and the serving staff were absolutely fantastic! Seemed like some maintenance was being done to the property most of the time so don't know if that was by necessity or if it was making headway for improvement. Felt like necessity. Pricing was about expected for what the property should have delivered!"
