The spacious 140 m² ground-floor apartment in a two-family house features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, five TVs, and towels for both the pool and beach.



Enjoy the large, beautifully landscaped garden, reserved exclusively for you, with a private pool, hot tub, and a lovely sauna. A covered terrace with a barbecue is available year-round. Your hosts ensure complete privacy during your stay.



The house is set in the famous horse town of Warendorf, renowned for its annual championship and stallion parade (Olympic Training Center NRW/Westphalia).



For cultural outings, the Georg Lechner Beer Museum and Münster City Museum are nearby. The Münster Christmas Market and Prinzipalmarkt are perfect for shopping, while the Fun Center Nimmerland and WersePark Südmühle offer family fun.
