The domes were really nice and comfortable, and being in the woods was great. While we didn't use the fire pit, it was massive and would have been a lot of fun to hang around. Everything dome related was really great.
Scott was super friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants to try out. We went to Hoot Owl, and it was awesome, so if we ever go back I'll take his word for anywhere he recommends.
For the most part, the listing is accurate but we were thrown off by the shower being completely open. Sure you're in the woods, but the next dome is a hundred or so yards away, so its a little uncomfortable, We only stayed one night and we opted to just skip the shower the next morning. If we were to return, we would bring a cheap curtain or something to somehow hang around the shower area.
Per the listing, I understood that the lavatory was an outhouse, but I guess I thought it would be more than a shed built around a bucket, similar to other camp grounds that has plumbing.
All that said, it would have been fine had I been prepared for it, but the biggest issue is the price. After taxes and fees, it was close to 450 for the night and to have an exposed shower and an actual outhouse was a shock.
TL;DR The dome was said glamping, but the shower and bathroom said 'welcome to the woods'
