Nuestra hermosa casa está ubicada en un claro soleado entre altos pinos, con magníficas vistas del Océano Pacífico. La playa (Governor Patterson Memorial State Park) se encuentra a 1000 pies de la casa y se puede acceder a través de un sendero encantador (tres / cuatro minutos a pie) desde la casa o caminando por la carretera principal (cinco minutos a pie). Crestview Golf Club, un campo público de 9 hoyos, se encuentra a menos de una milla de distancia y Oregon Coast Aquarium en Newport está a 20 minutos en coche. La casa está ubicada en el centro de las ciudades de Newport, Seal Rock, Yachats y Florence. Una cocina y baños completamente renovados se agregaron en una remodelación reciente. Además de la sala de estar, cocina y comedor, hay tres dormitorios y un estudio. La gran terraza con vistas al océano es ideal para cenar bajo el cielo abierto o para relajarse con una taza de café o una copa de vino mientras observa las olas. La gran bañera de hidromasaje en la cubierta es una ventaja adicional.

La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con utensilios, cubiertos, platos y tazas para sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. Hay una parrilla de barbacoa al aire libre. Ofrecemos muebles cómodos y ropa de cama y toallas de alta gama. También ofrecemos internet gratis, libros de una variedad de géneros, juegos de mesa y TV para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes.

Exactly as advertised! Kitchen was well equipped to make our thanksgiving meal. Walk to the beach was easy. The coffee shop at the end of the driveway is a huge perk! Conveniently located for easy access to great hiking, sightseeing, restaurants and groceries.

Ocean Rose is a wonderful house and was perfect for our recent stay. Walk to the beach is quick and easy (and it is a lovely spot of beach too). Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. We would’ve loved to get the hot tub above 98 degrees but in the scheme of things, that is nbd.Sink garbage disposal stopped working during our trip and the property manager responded promptly to have it repaired / replaced! This house is located so conveniently on the central coast - easy access to so many gorgeous spots (Seal Rock! Ona! Cape Perpetua!) as well as nearby towns.

Relaxing Spring Break

Very clean, easy access from the highway, short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and excellent coffee stand was just a very short distance away. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great place for a family

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Lots of space and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Was in a quiet setting with a little beach view. We would come stay again!

A great vibe on the beach for our family. Short, fun walk out to the beach with the hot tub to warm us up afterward. Beachside Buzz was a bonus as a "nextdoor" breakfast option with many options for sweet or savory food or beverages. Clean and well kept if a tad sandy on the floors (I suppose it is near impossible to get all the sand up!)

We’d stay here again!

The Ocean Rose is a clean, comfortable house with a lovely ocean view. The beds are comfortable & the house layout was nice for 4 adults. The close beach access made it get to the ocean for a walk. The house is as described, however it’s actually much nicer than the pictures show. We would stay here again!

Wonderful place with plenty of space! Only downgraded it because it’s not actually beach front. There’s a large marshland between the property and the beach. There is a path to the beach that is about a 5 min walk.

We had a great stay.

It was a pretty quiet beach in Waldport, on Labor Day Weekend which was nice. The house was clean, good location(a short 3 to 5 min walk down a path to the beach), beds were comfortable. Our family of 8 had a great time. Crabbing in the bay(although we only caught one male crab....)was fun. The hot tub was great for after spending the day at the beach in the waves. Highly recommend this house.

Best ocean getaway!

Loved this place so much! The trail to the beach was magical🤩 had amazing quality time with my family❤️ Owner was so awesome and on top of things! Had a problem with the propane tank and they had someone sent over to replace it in less than 10 minutes. First time in Waldport and it was the best beach house experience we’ve ever had!

Much Needed Alone Time

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again! Only wish is more privacy- easily remedied by some different curtains and a privacy hedge to the left of the back years to block the sounds of the . GREAT view of the ocean, could hear the waves when the back door is opened. Loved the wood burning stove and the quick walk to the beach.

Just off the road but can't hear any road noise. Comfortable furniture, close to the beach. Little to no service most of the time, so make sure you know how to get in the house before you get there.

Very clean, roomy, and nice view of ocean and night sky. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The parking was more than expected. It was everything it said it was. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation.

Family spring break trip

We had a nice stay at the ocean rose. There were a couple things that came up that we reported on the app and didn’t hear back. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. Very close to the beach. The instructions to the beach aren’t great, I think it should be said to go down the other driveway and you’ll run right into the path!

Very comfortable and well maintained house. We were 3 older couples. The one story house with just a couple of stairs to one of the bedrooms was excellent for us. And each of the couples had their own bathroom!Beach access was a little funky to find initially but really easy - no hills or messy vegetation - someone definitely maintains the path.The kitchen had everything we needed, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils. We didn't feel at a loss for anything.Excellent stay and we put this on our "we can return" list.

A Dreamy Bungalow

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 61 to less than a year was so happy in this home!! Except for only one working jet in the jacuzzi, we were content and cozy inside this updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath with bunkbeds, large kitchen, drop zone, working wood burning fireplace, view of the coast and I could go on! The path to the beach is pretty nice and access to shops and groceries was just down the road. There was great communication with the homeowner too. Recommend!
