This hotel is an amazing place for the dudes to hang out. They have a well set lounge, kitchen, pizza oven to use, and a nice fire pit with comfy seating. Checking in is smooth and easy. The door locks however have no deadbolt or chain lock for safety. One of the beds also had a palm size yellow stain on the sheets.

Rooms were clean, sheets were clean and you felt comfortable going under the covers. Loved that its secure and you have to have a code to even go into the building. Hreat place to stay. Will definitely be back if we need to be in the area again.

It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit.
