Across the street from the Mad River and minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski resorts. Perfect for a large group to slow down and spend time together around the backyard firepit or in the comfort of the living room with gas fireplace. Make meals together in the large commercial kitchen and enjoy them at the 16-person wooden dining table. Under new ownership.

Minutes from Hartshorn's farmstand and quaint downtown Waitsfield with shops, galleries, and many excellent restaurants, including James Beard finalist Canteen Creemee Co (an elevated outdoor snack bar--you can't leave Vermont without trying a maple creemee. And they now do butter dipped-ice cream!). Enjoy farm to table restaurants and Lawson's Finest Liquids, one of Vermont's most popular breweries. Just around the corner from Mad River Park if kids want to play soccer, frisbee, etc. (or grown-up kids want to get a pick-up game going). The Valley has many public swimming holes along the Mad River, hiking trails for all abilities, golf, kayak and paddle board rentals, and lots of other fun outdoor activities! Centrally located to many Vermont sites and attractions, right off Route 100 (Vermont's ski highway!).
