Charming post and beam with vaulted ceilings, one bedroom with loft, large common space and covered parking. It is located up on a hill in Fayston just 5 minutes from Waitsfield center and Mt. Ellen. The secluded property has a stream and beautiful views of Lincoln Peak, Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a TV/sitting area and a pool table. Bedroom has king size bed and a loft with 3 single beds. There is a large bathroom with a shower and plenty of storage. This apartment has all major appliances including a dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Mad River Valley is one of the nicest places to be in the whole country, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay in Waitsfield than right here. It's exactly as the listing says, and our stay couldn't have been any easier or more convenient. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect mountain escape!

This was the second time we stayed at this cozy carriage house and again we were so pleased with everything. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything to make your stay absolutely perfect. Fun summer getaway to Mad River Valley

Had a great time with our teens and dog. Property has a great view of mountains and is a quick drive to town for groceries and restaurants. Also near swim holes and dog parks. Pool table was a bonus and lots of board games available too.

What a fabulous place for our ski get away. The carriage house was perfect for my husband, dogs and I. Was nice to be in a neighborhood but still close to Sugarbush, comfortable to relax in after a day on the slopes.
