Welcome to your eco-chic escape! A modern, sustainably built 320 sq. ft. container home designed for couples who love thoughtful design and quiet luxury. Nearly every element in this home has a story: slate countertops and shower walls reclaimed from an old pool table, turf salvaged from a football field, and custom finishes throughout that give new life to repurposed materials.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, full kitchen, and a spa-style bathroom with body jets. Every inch is designed to feel bright, cozy, and intentional *perfect for two*. The couch can convert into two twins or a king bed for small groups, but the layout is made for intimacy and simplicity.

The Entry

Arrive from the covered parking then walk through the vine tunnel leading to the front door. When in bloom, it’s draped in lush greenery and bright orange flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies.

The Backyard Hangout

Step into your private backyard retreat, where fun and relaxation meet. Lounge on the porch swing, enjoy an outdoor meal at the dining table, or challenge your partner to a game of pool or volleyball on the turf. (Loser does the dishes!)

The recycled football turf adds a modern touch and keeps the space low-maintenance, while the covered seating area offers shade during the day and cozy ambiance at night.

The Treehouse Deck

From the backyard, take the floating stairs up to the treehouse-style deck, spanning over 1,000 sq. ft. Rustic wood railings, wisteria vines, and hanging lights wrap the space in cozy charm. There’s both a covered lounge area and an open section for cornhole, yoga, or stargazing.

At night, the soft glow of the lights and the sounds of nature create pure magic; the kind of romantic evening you can’t plan, but never forget.

Surrounded by three acres of private land and lush greenery, the space feels completely secluded - an intimate retreat just minutes from town.

Other things to note
This place is small but mighty and proudly built from repurposed materials! The backsplash is built from old countertops, and was inspired by a mountain view, while the doors and windows came from construction sites. So if you notice a little quirk here or there, that’s just part of the charm.

You’ll have three acres to explore, a vine tunnel that blooms like magic in summer, and a treehouse deck that feels straight out of a movie. We’ve tried to make it cozy, functional, and beautiful. It's a space where sustainability meets style.
