Experience luxury and comfort located in the country. Things are quiet, but equestrian venues are within an easy drive. 15 miles to downtown Aiken, 11 miles from Aiken Regional Airport and only 9 miles off of Interstate 20.
Travel with your horses! Our home has a 1/2 acre of fenced in pasture with shelter(additional rates apply). Whether you are an equestrian or into golf we are conveniently located to enjoy either of these hobbies while escaping the hustle and bustle of city life.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS:
Our house consists of three bedrooms plus two bathrooms. The Master suite has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in-closet, and king bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and our third bedroom is equipped with two full beds, making it an ideal space for either children or two adults to rest and rejuvenate. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
Every bedroom has high-end memory foam mattresses, privacy blinds, closet space, USB ports, and smart TVs.

Keyless entry
Other than the locked cabinets in the laundry room the entire house is open to guests.
Ample Parking for you and your trailer with convenient circular driveway.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE IN A RURAL AREA. We recommend doing your food shopping BEFORE your arrival as no food delivery services are available in our area.

Trail Riding on our property is not allowed; however, there are plenty of dirt roads surrounding the property that you are free to ride at your own risk. Of course, there is also the amazing 2,000 acre Hitchcock Woods located in Aiken for a full day of riding. Supplies:
We supply toilet paper and hand soap. Starter packs of dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, shower gel and bar soap.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large prep island and a generous amount of seating at the island as well as a dining room table.

PATIO:
Open up the french doors off of the kitchen and step out onto our outdoor patio and grilling area with an outdoor eating area overlooking the horse pasture.
The charcoal grill will give our guests a wonderful backyard BBQ experience complete with patio lights.

WIFI:
The home has fiber optic high speed WiFi for those that need to work while away.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV at your disposal. Don’t forget to bring your streaming log-in information, granting you access to a plethora of updated shows on popular platforms like Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Hulu, YouTube TV and more.

PETS:
We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs at our house. We kindly ask that they stay off of furniture and if you should leave the house without them that they be properly crated while you’re away. Absolutely no pets in bed. If we discover the sheets full of dog hair you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Guests must properly clean up after their pets or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
We do not permit cats at our home. This decision is to ensure the comfort of future guests who may have severe allergies to cats.

HORSES & BOARDING:
We have a 1/2 acre of fenced in pasture if you wish to bring your horse or horses. All fees are per day, per horse.

Coggins must be provided and payment must be made 48 hrs before arrival.
