Treveth Lowen is a beautifully designed, detached coastal holiday home situated in a superb location from which to explore the wide selection of local beaches and bays close by. Ideally located, just up the road from the picturesque cove of Port Quin, and a few minutes' drive from the very popular surfing beach of Polzeath, the spacious accommodation sleeps up to nine guests, with a large lawn to the front and a rear patio with the benefit of barbecue, pizza oven and a hot tub, where you can relax and unwind whilst taking in the stunning countryside views.

Enter into the tastefully decorated hallway with the large open-plan kitchen and dining room located on your right. The kitchen is really well-equipped with contemporary units and modern appliances, very pleasing to the eye, whilst the dining area can seat up to ten and is perfect for memorable holiday meals, with the added benefit of french doors leading out to the front and rear patio with the all-important hot tub, a really lovely sunny family space. Holiday laundry can be kept out of sight in the generous utility room complete with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ideal for all those sandy costumes. On the other side of the hallway is a spacious king-size bedroom and an attractive and spacious family bathroom. Wander through this bedroom to a fun children's bedroom featuring triple bunk beds, so easy to keep a reassuring ear.

The gorgeous sitting room is upstairs, with dual-aspect windows to take advantage of the spectacular views. Comfy seating surrounds the cosy wood-burning stove, making Treveth Lowen a perfect family holiday home in all seasons. Two further beautiful king-size bedrooms are also located on the first floor, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, and both with splendid views.

This stunning holiday home can also be booked for four guests, as Little Treveth Lowen, perfect for smaller groups looking to stay in Cornwall.
