The staff was beyond phenomenal. Especially, Jon, “the bell hop.” I’m not sure if it’s the equivalent to USA bell hop, but he was all about making us feel comfortable, and safe. We did not have to worry about anything. Jon always had the right answers and was delightfully pleasant and honest. Much of the staff was accommodating, but Jon was always above and beyond. The food was delicious at the steak and Italian restaurants. Although, I wish they had chicken parmigiana. The live entertainment and the in hotel cameos were perfect and light hearted and fun: there’s so much to do. We didn’t get to do much off campus with no regrets. Totally recommend!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. It was the ideal place to have a honeymoon. Waited on you at every request and provided plenty of information for first-time visiters to the island. The food was delicious. I highly recommend going half-board. The manager and staff were incredible and were happy to oblige our requests, even one which required reimbursement. Regardless of that issue, we would happily come back! Also recommend anyone staying here to use a rental car. It is beautifully located about 10 mins from the hustle and bustle of downtown (thankfully) and it was definitely cheaper to rent a car for 9 days versus paying for a cab to explore the amazing island.
