Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime, the groups were using many of the facilities which meant we couldn’t. Particularly the football, basketball and table tennis tables were in use for organise competitions. When it came to bedtime, the noise didn’t stop and in fact got worse. We were kept awake until 2:30am. The noise then started again at 7am. When we raised this as a complaint in the morning, while the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, the management were not on site and contrary to the advert, only Spanish was spoken so as English speakers we found it difficult. I emailed the office email address to complain and nearly a week later I’m yet to have any meaningful response. Hotels.com have given me a small goodwill gesture payment

Sencillo y agradable

Trato muy amable; cabañas sencillas, con algún enchufe más hubiera sido más cómodo; instalaciones de ocio mejorables, estaban bastante deterioradas (mesas de ping-pong, futbolines y mesa de air hockey); baños y duchas limpiados varias veces al día, ok; y la piscina, lo que más hemos disfrutado.

Bonito lugar, bien para ir sobretodo en familia, la piscina muy amplia, mis hijos se lo pasaron bomba, si hay que poner un pero diría que las literas quedaron un poco pequeñas o es que mis hijos son un poco grandes. En general, lo recomiendo!!!

Esta muy bien para campamentos de críos.

Al reservarlo por la web nos engañaron. Hasta por escrito nos pusieron que lo que habiamos contratado era un bungalow de 4 personas w. Cuando llegamos allí.. Cabaña con 3 literas dobles, con baño común y sin toallas. El personal de allí tampoco sabían que decirnos, solo que si lo rechazabamos nos cobrarían una noche. Así todo estuvimos bien con los demás usuarios y disfrutamos de buenas y muy limpias instalaciones.

como bungalog muy austero ya que. sin servicios ni t.v. ni una mala silla en el interior ni un triste espejo. pero precio calidad esta bien. sin embargo por todo el entorno un diez por toda la zona ajardinada y la piscina muy bien.

Esto no es un hotel, es un campamento de verano

Una porquería, es un campamento de verano, con literas. El servicio está fuera y lo de desayuno continental es una farsa. Recomendado, si acaso, como lugar para descansar del camino de Santiago. Que no te engañen, esto no es un hotel, o si, en países tercermundistas. En vez de maletas, lleva antimosquitos, antihormigas, etc...

Muy bien situado, cerca de playas, al lado de todo

Alojamiento estupenda relación calidad precio, cerca de todo( Santander, cabarceno, playas,montaña) piscina grande y limpia. Desayuno justo, adecuado al lugar y precio ( no puedes pedir lo mismo que un ****), ideal para familias, fuimos una familia con 3 niños. Personal estupendo, tanto recibimiento como partida
