Peaceful, happy feeling.

I was worried that the photos I saw wouldn't live up to the actual property when I visited, but the truth is, this is an amazing property! All of my family, spouse, daughter, grandchildren, son in law, were all very very happy with the property and the amenities. The pool was well maintained as was the rest of the property. Everything was in working order. There was more than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed the property and used it as a base for our touring of the area. It is well situated and also well placed! We would go out and tour and then return to the peaceful surroundings of the Mill and also use the pool and patio to recharge ourselves and get ready to explore some more. This place is a gem!

Wir, 2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und 1 Baby hatten einen fantastischen 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der alten Mühle.Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt restauriert und eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere auch der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bäder sind neu, modern und elegant. Der Platz ist mit 3 separaten Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Bad und einem weiteren angegliederten Doppelzimmer perfekt für 2-3 Familien. Dennoch waren wir die meiste Zeit draußen im weitläufigen Garten, am sauberen und neuen Pool, den man völlig exklusiv zur Verfügung hat, und auf der großen Terrasse. Außerdem gibt es drei weitere Sitzbereiche auf unterschiedlichen Niveaus mit bequemen Lounge-Möbeln, so dass sich für jeden ein idealer Rückzugsort finden lässt.Die gesamte Terrassen-Landschaft ist hell und sonnig aber durch die große Kiefer und den Walnussbaum dennoch angenehm natürlich beschattet. Toll waren auch die reifen Feigen und Trauben im Garten, die direkt vom Baum bzw. der Rebe gepflückt werden konnten. Außerdem sind wir in den Genuss von Evas selbstgemachter Marmelade gekommen. Der Ausblick auf die Felder und Hügel ist malerisch und beruhigend. Man kommt sehr gut zur Ruhe dort. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt in einem weiteren kleinen Haus auf dem Grundstück und hilft, wenn man sie darum bittet, kümmert sich ansonsten aber im Hintergrund. Es ist definitiv ein Schmuckstück und wir werden bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren in diesem neuen Domizil eine der ersten Gäste und hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit.Die Vermieterin hat mit viel Liebe und Einsatz einen Traum erfüllt von dem auch die Gäste profitieren.Alles ist neu, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Egal ob Küche (es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts!), Außenanlage oder Pool.Sollte es ein Problem geben, ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar.Die Fotos entsprechen 1:1 der Realität und geben ein umfassendes Bild.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können es rundherum empfehlen. Klare 5-Sterne.
