A experiência no geral foi boa!

Check-in e check-out rápido e tranquilo. Quartos simples com camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo com um bom chuveiro de água quente. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Equipe simpática e bom atendimento. A viagem foi para um casamento e atendeu nossas necessidades que era só pra dormir e tomar um café antes ir embora. Pontos que podiam melhorar: - As roupas de cama tinham manchas, dava pra perceber que estavam limpas mas manchadas.

Não voltaria.

Estrutura do lugar é muito ruim e nao condiz com as fotos. O quarto estava sujo e o pessoal nem sabia da nossa chegada. A fechadura da porta do quarto solta, tv nao funcionava e o controle quebrado. Lençóis estavam nao sujos mas acredito que encardido. O chao estava sujo, geladeira um cheiro do mofo terrivel. Banheiro cheio de poeira. Estava tendo um churrasco dentro da pousada com musica alta. Tive que reclamar mas nao tive exito no mesmo momento, demorou mais de 30 minutos pra parar o barulho. Ponto positivo, a moça da cozinha. O chuveiro é quente e a localização que me atendeu. Mas nao voltaria ao lugar.

Pousada padrão para uma viagem rapida.

A Pousada tem mais cara de hotel que pousada promiamente dito. Ela é bem simples, porém ela entrega tudo perfeitamente. Café da manhã padrão e com qualidade nos produtos e no atendimento. Um ponto de melhoria é na qualidade das toalhas e na roupa de cama, pois nota-se um desgaste no material. Os quartos no primeiro piso são muito barulhetos.

Achei a equipe simpática e solícita. O quarto é simples de conforto mediano para baixo. Para um pernoite está bom. Durante a noite e madrugada chegou no interior do quarto fumaça de cigarro de algum hóspede. O silêncio noturno não é respeitado pelos hóspedes. A limpeza do quarto é razoável. Café da manhã simples e a vontade, com uma diversidade pequena mas que para mim é suficiente e me agrada. Para um orçamento curto é uma boa opção em VR. A equipe é boa de verdade, mas os hóspedes acabaram por prejudicar nosso descanso.

Pontos de atenção no café da manhã.

Entedemos que a pousada é humilde, porém alguns pontos precisam ser salientados, o café da.manha é simples, mas o atendimento é ruim, sem atendimento de recolher na mesa os usados, e ainda é solicitado que o cliente leve os usados até a pia e jogue fora os restos, enfim estranho. Pouca ou muito lenta a reposição dos poucos itens da mesa de café. Tenho outros pontos, mas naoirei salienta-los aqui, só comentei o que a pousada pods melhodar sem grandes custos, pois meu proposito aqui é a melhoria do local.

Acho q o fato de ser uma hospedagem relativamente barata não justifica as más condições do hotel: sem manutenção, com roupas de camas velhas, ásperas e desagradáveis, q nos deixa sem conforto algum, sem contar q há quartos com banheiro compartilhado q vc só descobre chegando na acomodação (cuidado ao fazerem a reserva, verifiquem se não reservaram sob essas condições pq não aparece explicitamente nas especificações) e mesmo os q tem banheiro privativo há alguns sem box com o chuveiro em cima do vaso, como se tivessem adaptado um chuveiro em um banheiro q não tinha espaço p ter chuveiro e um café da manhã que não dá nem p acreditar, muito ruim mesmo!!! Cheiro de mofo no sofá da recepção e aspecto em geral mto sujo e bagunçado! Não recomendo e não volto!
