Hotel is best place for the commuting to main attraction ,tram station is avaialble within 700 m.Rooms are very clean and have all basic amenities .Staffs are very supportive

Hotel itself was top - just as described. Room was large enough, bed new and it was quiet. Staff were nice. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre. Tram is the only public transport into the centre and the station lies outside of the central Vienna fare zone.

Great for city trips and shopping

Great location as it has direct tram to Opera/KarlsPlatz 5min away. There are also restaurants in Cineplex. Huge SCS (shopping center sud) next door. You do hear highway, but not too much.

Terrible and not really 4 star

It is really unfair to the other hotels that actually are 4 and 5 star, when places like this just lie and call themselves 4-star obviously to attract customers. I think the only reason they can somehow get away with calling themselves 4-star is that they have a swimming pool ( that nobody uses ) out in the backyard. But there really needs to be some extra reviews on places like this and extra investigations on the fact that they get away with lying and calling themselves what they definitely are NOT. When they’re clearly only 2.5 to 3-star if that.

When we came into the room, we noticed that one of the pillows had blood stains on them, we called reception to ask them to replace the pillow and it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and change it. The TV in the room also didn't work and they had an attitude about fixing the remote and once again it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and replace it. When we told the manager in the morning about how our stay was, he was rude and apprehensive despite the fact that we were very polite and he started saying "All of you Americans think you can just write bad reviews, well we will call the police because that's not how we do things here in Europe" and he said "Fortunately this isn't America " and he kept making his rude comments about Americans, even though all we did was complain that the room was clearly not cleaned. The Manager was extremely rude and didn't even once apologize for the condition of the room and had the audacity to give us attitude. Stay away from this place.

Good overall

Overall it is good. Location is not brilliant, but you don't go here for that. Bit annoying that they let you wait at reception whilst they are in the office behind it doing other things. Room didn't have a fridge as they used to.

A pleasant stay

Had a very pleasant stay, I utalised the gym most evenings which was basic but good.. my only complaint could be the noise from the stairwells where you could hear the other guests as my room was quite close to them..
