The hotel needs some attention - our room had a dirty carpet, stained and paper-thin walls and a bathroom in disrepair. No amenities, not even soap for the shower. One night was plenty.

Would have been nice to have had a jug of water in room as weather had been so very hot! We arrive d in early evening and no one on reception to greet us! Hotel restaurant/ bar all closed! Very disappointed!

It is a nice hotel. However there has been discrepancy between Hotels.com description and the actual service e.g. check in time and free breakfast promise.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und neu renoviert. Der Balkon ist sanierungsbedürftig und verschmutzt. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, bei Ankunft keiner da, Zettel mit TelNr,.. Dann Auskunft, wo Zimmerschlüssel hinterlegt. In der Früh,: keiner da..,.. Wieder anrufen, damit man die Zimmerrechnung begleichen kann. Hotel sieht von aussen leider gar nicht einladend aus.. Hotel würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Perfekte Notlösung. Wenn man anspruchslos ist.

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ok. Leider ist der Gesamteindruck vom Hotel, das sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen ist. Das Zimmer obwohl zum Hof sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings hatte man den gesamt Eindruck, das man im tiefsten Balkan angekommen ist. Für eine Nacht zum nächtigen ok, für eine Urlaub definitiv zum abraten.

Das einchecken war bereits eine Herausforderung, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, obwohl angegeben war ab 17 Uhr könnte man einchecken.Ich war kurz nach 18 Uhr da aber stand vor verschlossener Tür. Nach einem kurzen tel. wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Schlüssel gleich neben der Eingangstür in einer Glasvitrine hinterlegt ist. Das war dann auch so, in der Glasvitrine war auch ein Zettel den man gut ersichtlich platzierte mit allen Zimmernummern und den dazugehörigen Namen. Das hab ich ja schon komisch gefunden. Naja Gott sei dank verbrachte ich nur 2 Nächte. Sauber war alles, da kann man nichts sagen aber nach dem sauber machen das Zimmer nicht wieder zuzusperren, dass ist echt nicht drin. Würde nicht nochmal kommen und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es war kein Mensch vor Ort. Statt des Doppelzimmers bekamen wir den Schlüssel eines Einzelzimmers. Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Wir konnten nicht mal die Übernachtung bezahlen!!??!!

etwas kurios, wenn der Schlüssel im Kasten liegt, nach Anruf erst erfahren, weil Hotel geschlossenwar. Zimmer etwas langwierig im Nachbarbau gesucht. Sehr heiss im Zimmer! Frühstück eingenommen 13 Kilometer !! entfernt in einem anderen Hotel, das war aber sehr gut.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Großes Zimmer, Gutes Bett. Mein Zimmer hat ein wenig Lärm von der Straße gehabt, ist nicht der Fall in jedem Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Sauber.
