A new built house with all new furniture. The house is situated between Bale and Vodnjan in the place called Batvači about 4 km from the sea. The place has a private pool and parking. The house is adapted for disabled people. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with Sat TV and air condition, a toilet, and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, on the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms also with their own bathrooms. Each room has air condition. The place is about 4 km away from the beach.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONPets are available only upon request. The maximum number of pets is 2 and there is an extra fee of 7€ per pet per night upon arrival. In case the pets are not requested or the number of pets are more than 2 the owner have the right not to receive them.
