We have put the outmost care in renovating this 100-year-old typical Istrian stone house and we can’t wait to see people from around the world calling it “home” for a week or longer.
Villa is situated in the quiet small village Galižana, one of the oldest places in Istria, dating back to the prehistoric period. It is conveniently located, within short distance of Istrian hidden gems, natural wonders, cultural-historical and other sights.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Stunning property & great location

Villa Beatrice was gorgeous. Every detail had been considered and we felt instantly at home. The location is so close to many towns and villages - great for exploring the area. The villa is exactly as the photos show and we would definitely visit again!

Perfect house for family stay

Everything was as described, the Villa is renovated with a feeling, it was clean. Another positive thing is that the Villa is fenced. We were we were impressed that the villa has two outdoor terraces downstairs and upstairs. The environment of village Galizana is peaceful. The location is great, because it took us 5 minutes to the sea by car, and 10 minutes to Pula. The host was very kind and friendly. I recomand the place. We will defenitly come back! It is great value od money.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Beatrice. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit je einem Kind. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage zum Meer und nach Pula ist top. Gerne wieder
