This beautiful villa sits on a fully fenced plot and offers privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay. Enjoy the stunning infinity pool where you can take in the sweeping views or dine al fresco in the summer kitchen with dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. With two car parking spaces and a nearby children's playground, this villa is ideal for families. The area around Viinada is known for its exceptional wine producers and offers a taste of the best the region has to offer. Just 16 km away in the holiday resort of Lanterna you will find a range of leisure activities and beautifully equipped beaches. The popular town of Pore, 17 km away, is a must-see. It is home to the famous Euphrasian Basilica and charming streets full of restaurants and bars. The 110 m² villa has a cosy living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with satellite TV, a single bedroom and a bathroom complete this inviting space, making Villa Vista Mare a wonderful retreat for your holiday in Istria.
