Villa Faloniga is situated in the green hills of Vižinada, overlooking the surrounding countryside and vineyards. It was named after the nearby source of drinking and fresh water. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. It is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend their holiday in contact with nature.



Villa Faloniga has an area of 271 m² and consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is characterized by an open space with a living room, kitchen and dining room. All rooms face the outdoor terrace with the swimming pool and have views of the endless greenery surrounding the property. There is a large sofa in the living room, 8 seats in the dining room and 4 more chairs in the kitchen. All this makes for an ideal space for socializing, and the indoor fireplace provides a warm ambience on cold days. The entire villa is inspired by earthy colors and a combination of wood, metal and marble elements. All rooms are air-conditioned and there is underfloor heating in addition to the fireplace.



The villa has 4 elegant bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 3 are on the first floor. 3 bedrooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds that can be joined to make a double bed. All the furniture is in neutral, earthy colors with touches of orange and yellow. 2 rooms on the first floor have access to their own balcony and the room on the ground floor has access to the lower terrace. Both balconies have a relaxation area with deckchairs and swings, and offer stunning views of the countryside.



In addition to the spacious and pleasant interior, there is an 850m² garden with an infinity pool and sunbathing area. The courtyard offers a number of relaxation areas and is ideal for larger groups of people, families or friends. In the shade next to the house there is a summer kitchen with barbecue where you can prepare meat and vegetarian dishes. After you've finished eating, you can refresh in the swimming pool that changes color according to the movement of the sun and clouds, making for an unforgettable swim. The outdoor terrace will surely be a favorite meeting place on bright summer evenings, as it offers a magnificent view of the sunset.



The hills of Vižinada will offer you a safe haven, and if you want to explore the rest of Istria, don't worry - there are many regional gems just a few kilometers away. Grožnjan, a popular destination for day-trippers, is about a 20-minute drive away. The same distance separates you from Motovun, one of Istria's most famous medieval towns, notorious for its panoramic views of the inland of Istria.
