The stairway down from the deck brings you to a large sheltered beachfront patio with a stone barbecue, perfect for taking in the sunset or watching the pelicans dive for their dinner just offshore. Letica was at the house to greet us when we arrived! The house was nice and welcoming! The location was wonderful right on Leverick Bay and walkable to Leverick Bay restaurant. The outside patio was spacious with plenty of outdoor seating that overlooks Leverick Bay. Letica was easy to contact for questions about the home and island. We rented a car to get around the island which was amazing. Letica also had Chudney pick us up at airport for easy travel. I would highly recommend this house.
