Villa Ursula is a detached villa in the quiet village of Marušici, with a 900 m² private garden and ample parking for five cars. The living space comprises nearly 300 m² spread over three floors. This rustic villa is nestled among the rocks in the picturesque village of Grižane, near Crikvenica. Built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style, Villa Ursula was renovated in 2013, preserving its historic charm while offering all the modern amenities we expect.
