Birthday getaway

This was my boyfriends 45th birthday weekend. We both have never been to Martha's Vineyard and we love taking adventures. Mike was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The property is close to shops and food. The buses are close and will take you all over. Thank you Mike for being a great host.

Happy Beach Vacation

Everything from the booking process to departure was seamless. The owner’s communication was always prompt. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean, and modern. The location was perfect because we were in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Definitely would book from the owner again.

Well-appointed cottage, and an exceptional host

We loved that this location was so close to downtown Vineyard Haven that we were able to walk to restaurants and stores (and not have to deal with traffic and finding a parking spot). Knowing that we would be traveling elsewhere on the island, we brought our car over and appreciated having an off street parking spot available. Given how close the cottage is to the ferry terminal however, a car is not necessary at all. The cottage is immaculate and well appointed, inside and out, with the enclosed patio a wonderful addition. This is our second time staying at a property belonging to this host, and he is an absolute gem…relevant information (directions, parking instructions, etc) were sent in a timely way, and he checked In periodically via email to make sure that all was well and to make himself available for questions and recommendations. I highly recommend this cottage and it’s host!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed home in Vineyard Haven. The proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and public transportation makes this a perfect spot for anyone coming to the Vineyard without a car. The host was very responsive. We will be back!

Perfect stay in Vineyard Haven

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family (2 kids) — we had plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked so it was easy to cook and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our time in the backyard and walking around the adorable town of Vineyard Haven. It was great to have a parking space behind the house, and it was also easy and fast to get anywhere on the island - no more than 20 minutes when we were visiting. The owner Mike was great to communicate with! Highly recommend this house for your next Vineyard visit.

Perfect location!

We loved our time in Martha’s Vineyard, and Mike’s home was the perfect home base during our trip. Located a very short walk from the ferry, grocery store, shopping, and amazing food, the location couldn’t be better. The home was very clean, well stocked, and reflected the listing photos. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Vineyard!

A perfect beach bungalow

Mike was an excellent host who has a lot of pride in his property and making his guests feel welcome. The home matches the website, and then some! It is in a great location, has a smart layout with lots of space inside and outside, is really clean, and all of your needs are covered. It really felt like a luxury stay.

Beautiful little house

House was nicely decorated, very clean, host very attentive to our needs and wants, and convenient to in town shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. Only negative was the neighborhood. House was next to a Post Office, across the street was a bike rental shop and a thrift store, so a little noisy; however overall a very good stay.

Could not have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful home, well-appointed with every amenity needed for our stay. We could not get over how close we were to Beach Fest and able to enjoy the music right from the amazing patio. Mike was very communicative ensuring we had everything needed including great advice on local restaurants and things to do in the area. Truly top notch.

Great spot to explore the island!

Mike is an awesome host and was so helpful before and during our stay. The house was well appointed and so clean, we felt comfortable as soon as we stepped in. Great spot for our escape from the Arizona heat! Easy walk in to the town of Vineyard Haven.

Girls getaway

Myself and some friends had the pleasure of staying at this adorable house. It had all the amenities and location was perfect! Walkable to shops, to/from ferry and Stop n Shop! We loved the house and the back patio was a wonderful area to lounge! Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic

We we’re in MV for the marathon. My 18 ur old ran it (his first). The house was located right near the ferry black dog tavern/ bakery and store as well as stop and shop and several pizza shops! The house was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space is beautiful! Mike checked in with me often to see if we needed anything. The house had everything you need and more. Including a kuerig with complimentary coffee pods and tea options as well. We’ll stocked with soaps shampoo and conditioner paper towels and toilet paper. We needed nothing!! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!!

Beautiful, cozy, and great location!

The house was spotless and decorated beautifully, with light filled rooms. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great for simple cooking. The patio out back is lovely and was a great place to relax. It was just a few minutes to walk into vineyard haven. Mike was super responsive and accommodating to our requests. We would love to come again!

Wonderful Rental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location just minutes (walk) from the ferry, stop & shop, restaurants. Yet, sits in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. This is one of the CLEANEST rentals I have ever rented. The contained back patio is a renter’s dream! We utilized it both nights of our stay. Beds are cozy-softer side. I usually sleep on a firm mattress but I was very comfortable. Shower seemed roomier in person, than in photograph. Owner even left out some toiletries. Easy to operate all (new) household appliances and light fixtures, no instructions needed. The owner, Mike, was very thoughtful and checked in with us before and after arrival. Highly recommend this rental. I will be renting again in the future, as well.
