The estate dates back to the 15th century and has been in the possession of the Baronti family for three generations. The farm is a few kilometers from Vinci on a hill of cherry and walnut trees, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that produce excellent organic wines and olive oil. Très bel emplacement, bâtiment très bien rénové et belles hauteurs sous plafond, chacun son bout de terrasse avec son mobilier, piscine vaste, très bien entretenue et vue impressionnante. A équidistance des villes les plus intéressantes (Florence, Lucca, Pise, Pistoia, Prato, Sienne, etc...).
