Beautifully styled and bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located in a quiet back street and just a short stroll from the pristine Orion Beach.

The main level includes 3 bedrooms, split system air conditioning, open plan living and dining, fully equipped kitchen and rear alfresco area with amazing water views over Jervis Bay.

The downstairs area features a fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment, providing additional privacy and convenience.

Enjoy endless fun with family and friends in the dedicated games room with pool table and table tennis or stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi as you lounge around. There are also beach chairs and umbrella for you to use whilst enjoying our beautiful beaches.

Down the road is the Vincentia Shopping Village which has a Coles supermarket, Liquorland, cafes and restaurants.

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire.

Perfect Vacay

Fantastic home with lots of rooms and beds for a large group of friends or family to enjoy some time away. The home has a great kitchen and dining area with balcony to enjoy the view, along with a brilliant games area in the garage with tennis table and pool table for fun. There's a smart digital locking device so no need for extra keys, and the downstairs room provides a seperate private accom. The property now comes with linen and towels etc included and this was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it and look forward to another stay.

Great location - has everything except linen!

The house is beautiful, with everything two families could need for a short trip away (except tea towels, towels and bed linen). The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for groups. Good reverse cycle air and small heaters in bedrooms for cold mornings. We couldn't use the "downstairs" as we thought as it's totally separate access which doesn't work with small kids - this would be fine for preteens+ to have their own den (but most beds are upstairs). The house is then very tight for two families with young kids in this case as we had to move beds around and have two small kids sleep in the queen bed. The bedrooms are quite small too so blow up beds or a travel cot, you need to move the big beds around to fit them in. The view on the balcony is perfect for sunsets and the backyard and games room are great. I would stay here again but only when kids are older and can be away from the upstairs bedrooms. An additional Bunk Bed Downstairs would make this place very attractive as families could then split for sleeping arrangements. Not having Towels and Linen provided (even when it's clearly stated) is quite annoying for a trip away. There is actually no point of the cleaner making the beds all look lovely and cute, if we need to spend half an hour stripping them to make beds when we arrived after a long late drive on Friday night. It would be good if you just included this in the price (like the (hugely expensive!!) cleaning fee) and just charged more per night.
