Central located 2bdr (6pers), modern apartment + P

Fully renovated lovely apartment in the city center of Vinaros. It has 2 bedroom, (2pers + 3 pers) and an extra sofa convertible (2pers) in the living room. Ideally suited for a family (2 adult + 3kids) or up to 6 people (7 worst case). The apartment is centrally located in Vinaros, near the beach, shops, arena and parking. Ideal place for a relax vacation in a relax city. Guest under 1 year are free and do not need to be counted. Bed sheets, towels, soaps included. TV with DVD player(no disks).

The space:
This 55m² apartment has 2 rooms, a master bed room and a kids room. The kids room is equipped with 2 bed standard and a 3rd one is available below (also possible in case you have young children to avoid climbing).

We have equipped it such that you can cook and eat easily in the house (cooking tools, plates, glass etc...), but Vinaros holds so many good and cheap restaurant where you may decide to go eat outside. You decide !

It is a ground floor apartment, so no tricks with 2nd or 3rd floor without elevators where you need to carry you luggage and water, here it is easy access. We do have a couple of stairs (5) to get to the apartment which make it however more difficult for wheelchair access.

Some extra information: the sofa can be converted in a 2 person bed. In such case you can live up to 7 person in the apartment (but that's crowded).

The apartment is fully equipped, oven, microwave oven, cooking equipment, bread toaster, general plates and cutlery, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), bedsheets, towels, shampoo, soap, washing machine, location to dry your cloths, we also have 1 chair for very young children in the house....
Wifi is available in the house. There are also plenty of Wifi places in Vinaros. If you want a offline vacation, just let me know and it will happen.

The apartment should have it all so you can travel with only your cloths and beach items. If you feel you miss something, we are around and can provide it.

We want to ensure you a perfect stay and are available in case you need something extra.

The Neighborhood
The location is very centric in Vinaros. You are close to everything, beach (El Clot and the ones from Paseo Maritimo) (less than 5 min walk, 400m), the shopping streets (2 min) , the bull arena (2 min), the port (2 min)... all within walking distance. Parking is easy and convenient in front of the house. If you need to pull your car in a private parking we do have one within a 300 meter distance. One limitation is the car height (SUV may not fit). Do ask as we are renting it too and it may not be always available.

Guest Access:
You have the full apartment as shown on the pictures in private use. We live elsewhere in the neighborhood and are available during your stay.
You will have 2 set of keys as guests.

Interaction with guests:
We will be available at check in to ensure you have a relaxing stay with all information needed. We have a map with basic information available like nice restaurants and city map.
I will be around during your stay as well, if not, we will ensure you have local support in case you need something.

Local information:
If you do not know Vinaros, it will be my pleasure to give you some local tips (also if you know it, we can share experiences). I speak English, French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish (still learning). We can even have a walk across town if you want at your arrival.
