- a beautiful, new, well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, ceramic hob, and Tassimo coffee machine.
- a sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140 cm)
- a bathroom with a toilet, completely renovated in spring 2025.
Ideal for a family vacation by the sea! Beautiful sea views are visible from the enclosed loggia, as the residence is located on a small promontory and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay.
