Kitchen with dining room and living room, access by a step to the bedroom equipped with a 160 bed with adjoining bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. The bedroom opens onto the private terrace (garden furniture, grill and plancha). A parking space is reserved for you on the property. Subject to acceptance by the owner, small pets accepted. Provision of a secure room for storing bicycles. 23 km from Perpignan, 20 km from Collioure, 14 km from the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, 9 km from Le Boulou, close to Spain, a few minutes from the village center, at the foot of the Albères, you will enjoy your stay in this independent gîte, not overlooked, located in the shared garden with the owners, enclosed and planted with trees of 2700 m² of land.
