Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Les Sylbelles ski resort (4th largest in France with 310 km of pistes)( https://www.sybelles.ski) located 4.7 km from the flat, accessible by car or by shuttle bus during the February school holidays, on foot by footpath in summer (20 to 30 minutes) or on snowshoes in winter.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 parking spaces only).

Goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede bedden. Vlotte communicatie met eigenaars. 🙁 Wifi verbinding niet sterk. Lawaai van betonmolen maar dat lag aan naburige werf."

Ter plaatse werd ons gevraagd om een inventaris van 4 blz, met de ganse inhoud van het appartement, tot aantal koffielepels toe, na te kijken, af te punten en te ondertekenen?? borgsom van 300 EUR cash betaald waarvoor geen ontvangstbewijs gekregen. Verblijf was aangenaam. Het appartement is gezellig, keuken is goed voorzien van huisraad. Lakens en handdoeken zelf meegebracht gezien veel te duur in huurprijs. Douches: veel te weinig druk op de kraan, Afwasmachine werkt niet goed, afwas blijft, na wasbeurt nat en vuil. Bij vertrek wordt gevraagd het appartement schoon te maken, keuze voor betalende schoonmaak is er niet. Op de microgolf na (vergeten) alles netjes achtergelaten. Geen contact/controle bij vertrek zaterdagmorgen, wél boze sms op de terugweg huiswaarts dat we het appartement vuil hadden achtergelaten ?? Wij waren hierover echt verontwaardigd. Wij dragen altijd zorg voor huurwoningen en hebben hierover nog nooit opmerkingen gekregen."
