Pedregal House:
Fabulous house with private pool and wonderful views in the Lecrín Valley area, in the town of Cónchar, 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and DVD and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and oven.

Each of these spaces has air conditioning and heating. Wifi, Jadín, pool, barbecue and different terraces with unbeatable views. Sun loungers, bed linen and towels available during the stay.

The pool will be open in the summer season, ask for opening and closing dates.

Lovely comfortable house, could do with a few more amenities in the village

Very comfortable, well equipped house perched on the side of the hill overlooking the village with the mountains in the distance. The restaurant in the village never seemed to be open but there’s lots of choice a short drive away. Really convenient location between Granada, Sierra Nevada or the coast whichever takes your fancy.

Très belle maison mais………

Très belle propriété ,dommage que les odeur d’égouts provenants de la salle de bains de la chambre parentale rendent cette chambre irrespirable ..la très belle piscine inutilisable pendant les 4 jours les plus chaud de notre séjour à causes des algues (eau de la piscine verte )après des petits détails la porte d’une salle de bain ne ferme pas ,manque de fourchettes ,pas un saladier ,les deux trousseaux de clef à revoir complètement …Dommage ,très belle maison ,très belle terrasse ,très belles vues SVP vérifier les bondes des salles de bains ,les serrures ,faire l’ appoint de la vaisselle manquante ,surveillance de la piscine ..et ce serait parfait

Una vivienda bastante grande con 3 plantas y la piscina en una subcuarta planta. A la piscina le da la sombra gran parte del día Bbq es portátil, ojo con las avispas
