Only 7 km away from the beautiful beach Spiaggia di Nora, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea (10 minutes by car). The modernly furnished vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a TV.
The beautiful, private and covered terrace with seating is perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee or enjoying the wonderful view with a glass of wine.
In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (450 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached after 6 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants (3.7 km). The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive away (3.7 km). Chia beach, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the accommodation and the archaeological site of Nora can be visited within a 9-minute drive (6 km). The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km) away, and the lively city of Cagliari, with its charming historic center, is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro.
