El piso ha sido reformado integralmente a principios de 2021. La cocina, el baño, mobiliario y parquet está prácticamente a estrenar así como todos sus electrodomésticos. Plaza de garaje muy practica dentro del edificio con acceso directo en ascensor.

La ubicación y apartamento está bien. Limpieza mal. Tenia papelera del baño llena y zapatera con papeles. Llegue y no tenía agua después de llamar al propietario me respondió por wasa que tenía que buscar la llave de paso para abrirla. Nos dejo la llave en un bar y que se la dejara allí otra vez. Alquile de viernes a viernes y el lunes por la noche al llegar no teníamos luz. Comprobamos nosotros y era por avería de calentador electrónico de agua. Le llamamos el martes por la mañana y nos envió un técnico el miércoles a la 16:00 quedando nosotros a la espera de este. El propietario no dio la cara. El técnico vio el calentador y dijo que no hay nada que hacer por el óxido interior que tiene. El propietario no nos dio la cara si no por wasa en todo momento que podíamos hacer me preguntó a mi. Que en 48 o 73 no le soluciona la avería. En vigo hay ferreterías suficientes para comprar un calentador en el día y resolver eso. No nos llamó más dejándonos sin agua caliente el resto de semana. Tuvimos que ir a ducharnos a otro alojamiento de conocidos y familiares de la zona. Estamos descontentos por lo que se pago y el mal servicio.
