The house is cozy and furnished in bright colors and makes a pleasant and well-kept impression. Die Unterkunft weist gravierende Mängel auf, die Sicherheit und Nutzbarkeit beeinträchtigen. Mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände sind beschädigt, instabil oder provisorisch repariert. Wichtige Ausstattungen fehlen oder befinden sich in einem unhygienischen bzw. gefährlichen Zustand (z. B. Steckdosen, Geländer, Sanitäranlagen, Möbel, Kochgeschirr). Insgesamt entsteht ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Das Außengelände ist ansprechend, die Umgebung schön, aber für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet.
