Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Leider ging am Abreisetag der Schlauch zum Duschkopf vom Wasserhahn ab und konnte nicht wieder aufgeschraubt werden. Somit dann nur mit "Katzenwäsche" auf den Nachhauseweg. Da ich 2 Nächte geblieben bin, hatte ich aus Umweltschutzgründen die Möglichkeit auf eine tägliche Reinigung zu verzichten, was ich super fand und auch gerne so gewünscht habe. Die Belohnung (1 Gutschein für ein kostenfreies Getränk) konnte ich aber nicht einlösen, da die Hotelbar zum Zeitpunkt, als ich den Gutschein im Empfang nehmen konnte geschlossen war und der Nachtportier mitteilte, dass ich den Gutschein nur an der Bar einlösen könne. Das Rezeptionspersonal insgesamt ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen und hat sich ob meiner "Reklamation" sichtlich geschämt und entschuldigt. Das Freigetränk wollte man mir gerne noch mitgeben und wenn eine solche Panne, wie mit dem Duschschlauch passiere, solle ich beim nächsten Mal Bescheid geben. Man würde mir dann gerne ein anderes Zimmer geben. Leider ist dies am Morgen meines Abreisetages passiert. Was sollte ich da also noch mit einem anderen Zimmer? Da ich losfahren musste, hätte mir das nicht mehr geholfen. Das Hotel selbst macht einen in die Jahre gekommenden Eindruck, ist aber weit davon entfernt deshalb "schäbig" zu wirken, aber auch ein gutes Stückchen von meiner Erwartungshaltung weg, die ich an ein 4-Sterne Hotel der nh-Hotels Kette habe. Immerhin war das Bett schön straff, ohne zu hart zu sein.
