Fantastic apartment and great location.

Everything in the apartment is first class and the fact that the city metro is just outside the door makes it only 10 minutes into the centre.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sehr wohnlich und sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind von dort aus sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war immer schnell zu erreichen, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern die erste Städtereise unternommen. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine optimale Größe. Alles, was nötig war, war vorhanden. Angefangen hat es mit einem sehr unkomplizierten Check in mit einem netten Vermieter. Zwei kleine Negativpunkte sind anzumerken. Es gibt kein Fenster in der Toilette und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht. -Ein Duftspray schaffte Abhilfe. Das versprochene WLAN ging auch nicht. Ansonsten war wirklich alles in Ordnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am U Bahneingang. Besser geht es nicht. ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein günstiger Parkplatz. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Und die Stadt Wien sowieso!

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen für 5 Tage in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Straße hört man im Wohn- / Esszimmer. Im Schlafzimmer ist es ruhig. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station ist super. Auch kann die Wohnung super mit dem Auto erreicht werden.

Wohnung entspricht den Fotos

Die Wohnung war sauber, entsprach genau den Fotos und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Tassimo- Maschine, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, WLAN...). Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Straße und neben dem Fussballstadion liegt, ist sie ruhig, es dringen kaum Geräusche ein. In die nächste U-Bahn-Station fällt man wirklich fast rein, wenn man aus der Tür kommt. Weshalb ich einen Stern abziehe? Ein pures Luxusproblem: Das Bad ist nur durch das Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Kommt halt drauf an, mit wem man verreist ist. Aber die Toilette ist für alle jederzeit zugänglich. Das ist ja das eigentlich wichtige. Die Schlafcouches im Wohnzimmer sind recht bequem. Großes Lob an den Vermieter: Sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Informiert auch gleich über Besonderheiten. Vielen Dank! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und auch parken war gar kein Problem. der Vermieter war super freundlich und hatte schon alles für uns vorbereitet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die U-Bahn Station liegt direkt vor der Haustür (wenn sie fertig gestellt wurde. Januar 2017 war das noch eine Baustelle, das störte uns aber nicht, da die Straßenbahnhaltestelle keine 2 Minuten entfernt war). Mit den Öffentlichen ist man in ca. 20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Ein Einkaufszentrum (mit Parkmöglichkeit) befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm . Es war sehr sauber , groß genug und man kam gut zurecht. Außerdem ist es mit den Transportmitteln optimal . Wir sind sehr zufrieden und wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Appartement pratique pour vacances à Vienne en famille

L'appartement (situé Favoritenstrasse 219) est propre et doté d'équipements récents. Le centre historique est relativement éloigné mais on peut le joindre en 20 minutes grâce aux transports en commun (tram + métro très fréquents) en attendant le prolongement de la ligne de métro U1 qui devrait faciliter encore le trajet à l'avenir. Le gros avantage pour ceux qui ont une voiture est de pouvoir la garer gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes (parfois en tournant un peu avant de trouver une place !). La salle de bain est bien aménagée mais il est difficile avec des enfants de ne pas inonder le sol lorsque l'on est six à prendre une douche. Principal bémol en ce qui concerne notre séjour : les soliloques sonores d'une voisine manifestement un peu dérangée de jour comme de nuit, mais le propriétaire n'y peut pas grand chose;

Wohnung mit Komfort

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft in Wien am 06.11.2015 um 14:00h die Wohnung weder gereinigt noch bezugsfertig. Weshalb wir wieder fortgeschickt wurden. Erst gegen 16:30h konnten wir beziehen. Oberflächlich wirkte die Wohnung sauber - bei näherem Hinsehen aber leider nicht, weshalb ich mich gezwungen sah, dies selbst zu tun. Obwohl wir mit Hund reisen, sind wir doch an Sauberkeit gewöhnt. Danach war es angenehm > es war eben fast wie zu Hause. Leider befand sich vor dem Haus eine Großbaustelle und nicht nur diese, auch der Lärm aus einer der Nachbarwohnungen störte doch sehr > besonders abends, wenn wir einschlafen wollten und früh morgens um 04:00h!!! Schade, sehr schade.... Dieser Wohnung, die offenbar mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet wurde hätte ich gerne eine positivere Bewertung gegeben. Vielleicht lag es aber auch daran, dass der Inhaber( der wohl sehr freundlich war) an diesem Tag völlig überfordert wirkte, da seine Frau offenbar krank zu Hause lag. Alles in Allem kann man dieses Appartement, nach Behebung besagter Mängel aber gerne weiterempfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Elisabeth Degenhart

Sehr Preisgünstig

Wir haben diese Tolle Wohnung durch Zufall entdeckt. Super Verbindung um in die Stadt zu kommen. Ein Penny und Eurospar ist eine Station weiter, perfekt. U-Bahn hört man gar nicht, auch wenn das Radio aus ist, das ist Gold Wert! Kleiner Tipp, wir hatten die Vienna-Card, mit vielen Vergünstigungen. Es gibt dann noch den Vienna Pass, aber jeder muss schauen was man besten passt. Wir empfehlen jeden diese Wohnung, denn im Durchschnitt 85€/nacht pro.Perso. im Hotel, ist bisschen viel. Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank für die Schöne Zeit in der Wohnung.
