Excellent location for a traveler in and out of Vienna by rail. It was literally one minute out of the train station exit for me. The area was safe. The facility was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The light rail was equally convenient from this hotel as I used it daily. I highly encourage staying at Leonardo when in Vienna.

This was probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Europe. Everything was clean, the service was quick and helpful, it was affordable and within walking distance to the train station. One of the desk representatives suggested a laundromat for us called GreenClean - about a 10 minute walk, not super close, but doable, and it's a great laundromat. The only thing that was a bit awkward was the from the mirrors in and surrounding the bathroom, you could see the person in the bedroom. 😅

Hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof, so transportation is all around. There are also several options for eating and grocery. Staff was very friendly, and the room very clean. Only issue was the bathroom--shower and toilet are separated, which is great! However, the shower room has no door, so makes it inconvenient when traveling with a friend.
