The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro. That being said, beware if you're staying in summer: there is no air conditioning. The rooms only have a heater, and the one in my parents’ room was malfunctioning: it was heating the room even though it was turned off.
When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member on duty was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. He even denied there was a heater in the room, claiming it was a "ventilator", which it clearly wasn’t. His only response was: "Well, it's hot, open the window."
It’s a shame to have received such treatment. We could have overlooked the lack of AC given the location, but the poor customer service completely soured our experience.
This happened on the night of July 22, in case management would like to review who was working the front desk and address the situation. That is not the way to treat a guest. I was simply raising a valid concern. For reference, my parents were staying in room 272.
