Reception only opens from 12noon to 8pm, staff is friendly. Although carpet needs replacing, Rooms are clean and sufficient. Close to station and supermarket, but otherwise not much else in area. I would come back again for the value.

I never stayed there, due to the hotel's inflexible change/cancellation policy and Expedia's inability to assist me. Terrible, non- or awful-communicating management. While there was no Kettle and water to make tea in the evening, nor was there an ironing and ironing board in my room, which was a shame, but the reception team were very friendly and helpful and offered to provide what was needed on a loan basis. All in all, I my stay was enjoyable. Thank you Reception Team
