Größe der Räume gut, Lage gut, Laustärke in Ordnung dafür dass man so zentral wohnen kann. Die Sauberkeit hat allerdings zu wünschen übrig gelassen, es war nicht gut geputzt und die in der Ausschreibung versprochenen Details zu Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren übertrieben und nicht vorhanden. Es wurde uns versprochen, dass jmd. zum Reinigen kommt, das ist nicht passiert, wir werden voraussichtlich 10% Nachlass bekommen wegen der beschriebenen Unannehmlichkeiten.
