Communication was terrible. We received a confirmation letter of the address of the apartment. We arrived late in the evening only to find the changed our place of stay. When we arrived at our location there was a younger lady who appeared disoriented sitting in front of entrance door. After I used code to enter four men and the lady tried to rush in and grab the door. I was able to close door behind them but the next thing I realized they were inside of building. They did go in a room all five of them. As we walked to find our room. There was a pile of clothes with someone sleeping in hallway. There were also a couple of people who were dirty in appearance and appeared disoriented as well. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe staying 3 nights. We decided to leave because of the conditions of the area around the apartment. We had a Uber driver take us to a hotel. I didn’t even bother trying to get a refund because I figured if a place would do this to us, they would not be considered enough to refund our money. My wife’s safety was more important than spending extra money. I would not recommend using this place at all. We’ve stayed in different countries, different places around the world and this was by far the worst.
