We were very impressed with the kind of service all staff extended to all customers. The GM/Owner walked around each table to greet everyone. It's the personal touch that made the difference. It is not the center of town but everything is accessible via tram,train,taxi or Bolt(Uber). I highly recommend this hotel.

We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian.

We liked the hotel a lot. In a very nice area away from center city, but with easy access to tram and U. The room was great besides the bed a little hard and pillows flat. We would stay here again :)

The hotel was nice. The location and area not so great. Away from city center. It was a lot of construction going on. Nothing really to see next to the hotel. Be aware of taxi drivers. Use only Uber.

Nice place but 2 sketchy male employees

My stay was great. Exceeded my expectations. The hotel and room were clean. Bed was a little hard otherwise no major issues. Nice place but don’t think I will b returning there. My only issue is they don’t have a lock from inside and on two different days, a male staff unlocked my door with their key and came into my room. This was very early in the morning and I was awake and reading which took them by surprise he stood at the door like a deer in headlights. Mind you he didn’t knock or announce himself. I asked if I could help he said he was there to get trash. After he took my trash he asked if I needed anything and I told him water but I never heard from him again. Later that day I saw a different housekeeping but didn’t think much of it until the second time around same time in the morning again but this time around as soon as he opened the door and saw me at the study table, he quickly closed the door when I asked “can I help you ?”. 10 minutes later same thing but different male staff. I spoke with the receptionist and also the manager or owner they were clueless as regards to who or why these men came to my room unannounced. At this point I became scared for my safety and wondered what would’ve happened if I wasn’t awake. Luckily it was my last day there. As I could not get a clear reason for their being there. Clearly they were employees or how else would they have access / keys to my room? I wonder if they followed up on this as they were not too alarmed by it

Ok...the room was perfect for a family of 3. If you need space, this room is perfect for you. There is lots of room and the bathroom is large with a double sink set up. What was not good is the housekeeping. It was inconsistent.

Very nice staff, decent room. The elevator would only work sporadically, which wasn’t ideal. The safe in our room was broken so we had to use the security boxes in the lobby, so whenever we needed to get our stuff we had to have an attendant help us.

Fantastic value for money in a great spot

Fantastic unique independent hotel in a great location, enough going on nearby but also had great links into the centre. Superb value for money. The staff were always very friendly with the desk always manned which made it super practical to pop out whenever needed. The rooms were all lovely, but especially the upgraded Deluxe rooms, super modern, spacious and airy. Thankfully the bar of the hotel is open late and even offers snacks which is ideal after a few evening drinks. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and with many, much better places to eat nearby: I'd definitely say it isn't worth the money and you're better of heading out for food. My only real criticism was that the room cleaning service was a bit mixed. Our beds were always made nicely and they always timed it well so as not to disturb us when we were in. But, two of the three rooms we had booked had to get new toilet paper ourselves at least once, as this simple but very necessary item was not replaced. We also lost our bathmat one day but luckily that came back soon after.

Happiness has everything to do with the people you experience life with. This marvelous gem of a hotel has a genuinely caring and attentive teamed staff. Nora who greeted us upon arrival set the stage for this and Milli, Elizabeth , and Anastasia carried the momentum of great service. Our housekeeper, so sorry we did not get her name worked 15 of the 16 nights we stayed. Yet each morning she greeted us with a huge smile and accomodated every need. Everything including a dynamic breakfast is done with class. We knew they all loved their jobs there and it showed in everything. We believe they appreciated us being there. Kluss family members were present daily assuring all customers were happy. Just far out from the old center to be quieter, the area offered 3 food stores if your into eating on the run and midnight snacks and Bahn 44 is literally at the steps of the hotel and access to U6 a 3 minute walk. Lots of extras including live music with Sunday brunch to the tissues at departure made this a wonderfully memorable venture. We travel to Europe twice a year and have been to Vienna 4 times. We will be back. Thank you. I forgot to mention we got an unrequested free upgrade of our room. Nora was the Star!!

I chose this hotel for the Spa. Very upset that I was never allowed to use it, being a hotel guest. 3 nights and no access. And people of the street, getting in the spa. Is all about the Benjamins. Misleading advertisment, not happy.

Nice looking building & nice interior decor touches not a bad position for Vienna walkable. Building work noise srarted in roon next door at 8 am woke us up complained no apology from managment or room move offered ,no reply to my rmail . Double bed but single duvets on it ? No tea or coffee left 2nd night bed head positioned under window light shinning in on face from under curtains all night..

Good but wifi didn’t work!!

The location was good, about an hour away from the airport by public transportation and within 30 minutes of public transportation of all the sites we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and offered help with directions! The biggest flaw of this hotel was their wifi. We had a room on the third floor and the wifi did not work at all in our room, we had to stand in the hallway to use it. Not sure if this is the case for all rooms, but that was our experience.
