During our stay there was no wifi even though it stated “If you haven't received WiFi access information yet, contact the host directly.” To which they said there was no wifi. There was a shared bathroom/kitchen that wasn’t clearly advertised. These amenities were not very clean, the shower didn’t drain and it also leaked water all over the bathroom floor. There were times when the bathroom was without toilet paper. The utensils in the kitchen were rusted and not very clean. As for the rooms a set of bed linens had blood on them and on the pillow so clearly wasn’t washed/replaced before we used them.

Diese Unterkunft war eine einzige Zumutung. Schon beim Betreten fiel auf, dass etwas absolut nicht stimmt: Das Licht war bereits an, als wären wir jemandem direkt in die „Vorbereitungen“ gefallen. Es wirkte ganz klar so, als hätte kurz vor unserer Ankunft noch jemand in der Wohnung herumgewuselt – jedoch ganz sicher nicht zum Putzen.Das Zimmer selbst war in einem desaströsen Zustand: dreckige Bettwäsche, verstaubte Heizkörper, schmutzige Böden, kaputte Lampe und sogar eine Kakerlake, die uns begrüßte. In der Küche stand stinkender Müll, der einen bestialischen Geruch verbreitete. Zusätzlich roch die gesamte Unterkunft nach frischem Zigarettenrauch – absolut ekelhaft.Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, das Zimmer war eiskalt und machte den Eindruck, als wäre sie seit Monaten außer Betrieb. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft völlig verwahrlost und vernachlässigt.Als wir eine Rückerstattung verlangten, kam nur hin- und hergeschiebe, ständige Forderungen nach weiteren Videos und Ausreden. Es wirkt klar so, als wolle man Zeit schinden, statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen oder eine faire Lösung anzubieten.Diese Unterkunft ist nicht bewohnbar, unhygienisch und definitiv nicht sicher.Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen.Finger weg – das war eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen überhaupt!
