Old World Class

Old high end hotel, very well maintained. Staff was great, helpful and informative. Our room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Well located close to a metro station for access to the old city and many sights and the airport. Highly recommend.

Love the property and location. I’d stay again, BUT it advertises airport transfer- it’s actually a taxi that costs around 50euro each way. If you have anything that’s in the fridge, it’s a charge. You won’t get even 1 bottle of water- at the bar, a 6oz bottle of water is about 5euro. Be sure you have your own provisions. Supposed to have VIP perks, but none. Asked for an upgrade room, not available. My room was lovely even though it was a standard double. The palace and grounds are adjacent and I could have spent a week walking and touring them. walking - gorgeous. I highly recommend the hop-on-hop-off bus tour. You can learn about all major sites and also have easy transportation to sites and city center. The boarding site is at the front of the palace. It was easy.

A real gem! Loved it! We stayed in 1303. Will be back for sure. Some renovations are close to be needed. There are visible scratches nd stains on the walls and doors and windows are not closing properly. The floor creaks pretty bad. Even so the vintage and classy feeling is great there is an obvious need for a refresh.

This was one of the nicest hotels (both in terms of the room/building and the staff). The location isn't the most ideal, but having Schonbrunn Palace right outside was nice.

The only reason I give this property 3 stars is because it’s a bit outdated. You can tell it was once a very nice hotel but some things have been let go a bit when it comes to the decor and amenities. That said, our room was spacious, the bathroom was big and inviting and we loved the location. I would absolutely stay here again with a bit less expectation about the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and the bed was so cozy!
