Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fabulous and in a really good location for visiting attractions whilst staying out of the really busy areas. The staff were wonderful , in particular , the girl at the cooked breakfast station. I didn’t get her name , I think she said she was Polish. She was so happy, friendly and positive - an absolute credit to the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located for all tours but especially for the Schonbrunn Palace. It is close to Metro and Tram. Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again.

I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side.
