Great spot for a family of five to stay in and explore Vienna. We spent 4 days there and it was lovely. Spar and Hofer are close by, plenty of public transport options to the Palace/Zoo or East to the city centre. It is a great little place.

Comfortable, modern apartment in city center

We loved our stay! The apartment is clean and very practical. The location is excellent, we especially enjoyed a nearby restaurant. Communication with our host was a plus. Everything about this rental was easy and I recommend it highly!

Very easy to book and communicate with the owner. True description of the property. Easy commute to the city center. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant building. Kitchen and bathroom amenities. Would definitely come back.

Great for a short stay

Property was clean and easy to access. Area is fine with good access to the metro a short walk away. Nice to have the shower and toilet in separate rooms with 5 of us in the unit but we would really need two bathrooms for our family if we were going to stay longer. Windows faced the street, which was just a small two Lane road but had a lot of traffic on it. Too loud for the summer when the windows need to be open. Would be worth installing air conditioning so the windows could be closed for noise. No light filtering window coverings also ensured we were up with the sun (not by choice)!

Great apartment in Vienna

Johannes was very helpful before and through out our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is not right in the city centre but was a quick metro ride to all attractions. Very comfortable and will return again.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien. Das Auto konnten wir in einem Parkhaus in der NĂ€he (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) abstellen. Die Wohnung liegt absolut gĂŒnstig fĂŒr öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Trotz dass die Schlafzimmer zur Straße gehen war es nachts wegen der gut isolierten Fenster sehr ruhig. Im Innenhof steht leider nur ein kleiner Tisch, den man sich mit anderen Hausbewohnern teilen muss. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet mit GerĂ€ten, alles notwendige wie SpĂŒlmittel, SpĂŒlmaschinen-Tabs, Salz, Pfeffer ist vorhanden, sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Kaffeefilter. Im Bad gibt es Handseife am Waschbecken und einen Duschgel-Spender in der Dusche.

Die Wohnung ist von der U-Bahn Station LĂ€ngenfeldgasse in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Aufschließen mit dem Code funktioniert wunderbar! In der Wohnung fĂŒhlten wir uns gleich wohl. Sie ist groß und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Um die Ecke sind gleich 3 LĂ€den fĂŒr Lebensmittel. Das Schloss Schönbrunn ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Great appartement for Ă  City Trip to Vienna

The apartment is spacey and perfect for up to four people plus a small child. All sites in Vienna can be reached easily by bus or metro. Johannes is a most generous and kind host. Supermarkets are nearby. A lovely and typicall Viennese restaurant nearby (5 minutes walk) is Gasthaus Quell next to the Pfarre Reindorf - best Backhendl ever!

Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super....man kommt mit den öffentlichen super nach Wien rein. Das Schloß erreicht man in gut ner viertel Stunde zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber u gut eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war das die KlotĂŒre gequietscht hat beim öffnen u schließen. Was nachts natĂŒrlich fĂŒr die Schlafenden unangenehm ist. Muss man denke ich nur mal ölen. Ansonsten alles super. Betten sehr bequem u in der KĂŒche alles vorhanden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es war alles zur besten Zufriedenheit

car on passe peu de temps dans l’appartement. L’ambiance n’est pas trĂšs cosy mais l’appartement est spacieux et il est facile de se garer Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. La proximitĂ© de schönbrunn et des commerces est un plus. Les sanitaires Ă©taient propres mais pas le sol. De grosses toiles d’araignĂ©e sont visibles sur les murs. La literie est plutĂŽt mauvaise.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet Alles war gut erklĂ€rt auch die Problematik mit den Parkscheinen Die Fenster waren schalldicht wegen dem LĂ€rm von der Straße Lage fĂŒr Wien war gut, das Viertel erinnerte aber an die ehemalige DDR Die KĂŒchenstĂŒhle waren alt und unbequem und es gab kein Sofa um sich gemĂŒtlich hinzusetzen

Het reserveren ging eenvoudig. Het contact met de verhuurder was adequaat en prettig, hij reageert snel en zeer vriendelijk. Behulpzaam ook. De woning zelf is niet heel luxe, maar alles is aanwezig. De woonkamer is wel een beetje klein, geen bank bijvoorbeeld, maar met 4 volwassenen goed te doen. Prima bedden. En heel goede geluidsisolatie voor wat betreft verkeerslawaai. We hebben wel een beetje last gehad van bovenburen (gestommel).

GerÀumige und funktionale Wohnung

Was soll man sagen? Sehr gerĂ€umige und funktionale Wohnung, Zugang zum gemĂŒtlichen Innenhof hat man auch. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber reicht fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf. Auch bei großer Hitze bleibt sie kĂŒhl (Erdgeschoss), was sehr gut war. Der mĂŒhelose Check-In-und-Out-Vorgang garantiert maximale UnabhĂ€ngigkeit.
