Value for money, clean and functional.

Was clean and functional. Breakfast was ok. Located about half kilometer from the main area. It is a student accommodation but let out to others during breaks. Coffee making facilities not provided but a jug is available on deposit. Our request for a non sloping room was not noted. If you are tall, you should avoid room on the 6th floor.

Basic Hotel

Very basic hotel, nothing fancy. Small room and bathroom. Fresh towls and soap everyday. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast. Few hot products, lots of bread meat and cheese, but its all you need. Staff were friendly.

Close to centre

Allyouneedvienna2 was iin a great position near the danube cabal. Near to lots of eating places, 10 minutes walk to get to st stephens. The airport bus also only a 10 minute walk. Great buffet breakfast and all the staff friendly.

Loved the location, no doubt. Good service overall and choice of breakfast. The only downside, there is no early check in option and I would be happy to pay for it if there was a fee. When we arrived to the hotel at 1pm, it was hot outside, 38C. I didn't even see the local people outside and yet we were told to wait or explore the city... Other than that, if you are allocated room with the balcony, you will be sharing with other hotel stayers.

Excellent hotel in a good position for city walks

Amazing hotel in a good position within easy walking distance of the city centre. Our room was a reasonable size, immaculately clean and very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. I was shocked to learn that it was student accommodation during term time and opens as a hotel when university finishes. You would never know and for the price it is excellent value.

It is summer at the moment and so every day I woke up in my own sweat because of the heat. There is no air conditioning and the ventilation is pretty poor.

Basic but Good

Overall stay was good. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Room was basic but good overall. Room and other areas were clean. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the rooms; just a portable fan. Something to consider if you are there in the summer. I think the lack of air conditioning is common among budget/medium priced hotels in Vienna. I would stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL WITHOUT READING THIS

I’m going to put it in brief words for you... 1. I found BLOOD and dry buggers in my pillow... that thing where you’re to rest your face on. 2. There was a bag with someone else garbage inside the room. 3. Staff was very incompetent to complete simple check in procedures. It took over 15 minutes standing at the desk. 4. When I reported the blood and mucus issue to the desk, they just. Rushed me off with a flat “we’re sorry” 5. I believe breakfast was included in the price. I told the front desk that I didn’t trust the hygiene of the hotel and that I didn’t wanted to have their breakfast. Any normal prrson that works providing a “service” would have attempted to ethically take the breakfast money off the bill... they just stared at me and did nothing. This was a superlative disgusting and frustrating experience.
