PRIVACY IS FOUND HERE!
The entire guest area is dedicated for your use only; no others will be sharing any of your spaces. Your are welcome to hold small (12 visitors) afternoon events like birthday parties or family gatherings.
Beautiful yard with swinging benches, patio table &chairs, lovely sunrises, fruit trees, flowers and a vegetable garden. No houses directly behind our yard means great privacy for you.

With king or queen beds in our 3 bedrooms the guest suite is best suited for groups of six. To accommodate 9 guests we will provide 2 additional beds. This makes for a bed tally of: one twin, one double, two queens and, one King.
Remember that it is best suited for six, 9 will be cosy.

It really is a big place.
In addition to the three bedrooms there are two full bathrooms. The main bath has a beautiful cast iron clawfootless (yes! clawfootless) tub with a shower. The en-suite bathroom has a nice big shower, it's big enough for two. Duel hot water tanks easily keep up with the water demand of large groups.

The computer workstation and desk are at the modem location providing strong internet. A printer and a monitor are provided.

Silence is golden.
The building is incredibly well soundproofed between the two floor levels but, additionally, all of the interior walls within the entire bed and breakfast unit are also soundproofed, Each room is fully soundproofed. This is a quiet, functional bed and breakfast. We've put a lot of effort into making it like this so it can be enjoyed. You will experience a quiet nights sleep and daytime peace for an afternoon nap.

We provide fresh, mouth watering breakfast provisions.
A selection of the following await you: fresh fruits, pancake mix and real maple syrup, juices, milk, hot or cold cereals, bagels, croissants, muffins, sausages, bacon, eggs, peanut butter and jams, tea and coffee.

Walking to the University of Victoria takes about 15 mins. It's about 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the local rec center, Gorden Head Rec. GHR is a great civic center with many amenities including a gym, swimming pools, weight room, and saunas.

Five minutes drive to restaurants and shopping and 4 places nearby to golf.
The 4 places to golf are a 5 or 6 minute drive from here. Cedar Hill 18 hole, Uplands 18 hole, Henderson Par 3.
Also a mini course Blenkinsop Mini Golf is nearby too.

Stay here! You won’t regret it!

We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful place for 19 days. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and light. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We really can’t fault the place! The location is quiet, with ample parking, close to some great restaurants and easy driving to downtown. As a family I thoroughly recommend this place. There’s even a play structure in the fenced backyard. This would also be ideal for friends or couples travelling together.The hosts are warm and welcoming and provided many delicious treats and were always available for any questions.There may be other places that are closer to downtown but if you have a vehicle or want to Uber, you’d do well to stay here. Honestly, stop scrolling and just book it! You will not regret it.
