This is a lovely family run hotel with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is excellent with lovely fresh fruit and lots of other choices. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was quite modern with a nice bathroom. The breakfast had many options. The hotel is only a few blocks from the beach so it is easy to go back and forth if you forget something.

Very pleasant family run hotel. Nice that they offer a dinner meal. Well prepared, a few choices on each night' s menu. A good Meal in hotel is a great treat when on a busy business trip. Pleasant family/staff.

Friendly hotel in an upscale seaside resort

The Vittoria Hotel is well located in the quiet town centre (Viareggio), a few minutes from the seafront walk, with lots of restaurants & boutiques. The comfortable room, breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, egg & bacon were good value. The staff were very helpful.

Very conveniently located (10 minutes walk from train station and right around the corner of the Carnival!), clean room and very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast too. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Would definitely stay again!

We loved this hotel. It was an easy walk from the train station. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Viareggio. I liked the family feel to it. It was clean and well located. Just a few blocks from the Carnival celebration and the front desk sold tickets. The breakfast the next morning had a lot of variety and was great!

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful (I think she is one of the owners, along with her husband). The breakfast was good too, and the woman (mentioned a moment ago) baked/cooked all the pies/cakes that were served with breakfast As for the room, it was average and plain...but it served my needs. The hotel is very close to the main street near the beach which worked well for me because I wanted to be close to the Carnevale parade. It only took me about 7-8 minutes to walk to that area from the hotel. It's also about a 15 minute walk to the main train station.

All said, but note a breakfast fruit salad that was 100% fresh fruits. Owner is a lovely lady who also bakes delicious cakes!

Central Location, Great Breakfast, Good Value

We arrived early and were able to store our luggage while we waited outside in a nice sitting area out front. The staff got a room ready for us very quickly. This is a family-run hotel, and they take pride in making sure your stay is comfortable. Location is excellent. A short walk to the beach/boardwalk, with shops and restaurants, and across the street from a very large park. Especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. This is an older building, but the room was spacious and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Highly recommended 3* hotel with 5* service

We spent 2 weeks travelling around Tuscany and Umbria and found the Hotel Vittoria the best of the 7 different hotels we stayed in altogether. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. They provided a very personal service and made a real effort to make sure that our stay was as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The room was big, quiet and bright, there was an excellent choice of quality products for breakfast, fast wifi, and the hotel was closely located to the train station, the park and the main shopping/restaurant strip along the beach front. There was no faults to be found. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful little place near the beach

Paolina was very helpful and suggested many good restaurants for dinner during our stay. She also kept our luggage for the day while we went to Cinque Terre after our checkout. She and her family were great! Viareggio was a cute little place to stay and Hotel Vittoria was a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent family run hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach, bus and train stations. There is also a park across the road. The owners were very helpful and printed out information for us. The food was excellent, as were the staff. A very clean and comfortable hotel, Good restaurants are also close by. We would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic Carnival Weekend

We stayed for one night at Hotel Vittoria and it was all that I could have asked for. The rooms were clean and warm and the family owners were super helpful. The front desk helped us with transportation (even printing out bus and train schedules) and with recommendations in surrounding towns. We weren't sure if we paid for breakfast and when we realised it was included they had put it away. But they brought us out cake, croissants, and a wide variety of delicious fruit and cappuccinos even though breakfast had already been put away. So kind!
