Appartamento Maso B is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Maso B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Maso B is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Viareggio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards), the bus stop at 230 meters (755 feet) and the closest beach (Viareggio beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Appartamento Maso B is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Maso B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).  Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings.
Living Room
The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are simple, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a large window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through a cased opening. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
