What to do and places to visit in one day:
The house is perfect to reach by bike or car (c.ca 1,8 km away) the shores of Marina di Torre del Lago, crossing the big “pineta”. Marina di Torre del Lago offers equipped bathing establishments but also public beaches with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation.
The Gran Teatro Puccini is located very close to the house, on the banks of Massaciuccoli Lake. Here, every year in July and August, the marvellous Festival Pucciniano takes place.
Along the lake banks you can find a beautiful biking lane on wooden platforms, a charming and unforgettable promenade.
La Butterfly is the perfect choice to visit Massaciuccoli Lake, the Parco Naturale di Migliarino – San Rossore and to go to the seaside, even on the renowned Versilia shores.
The Parco Naturale delle Alpi Apuane, and art cities like Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be easily reached by car and visited in a one-day trip.

The house is composed of: entrance through a 15 sqm external fenced outdoor area with table and chairs, steps to the 1st floor where you can find the kitchen-dining area (4 stoves), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, 1 French styled sofa-bed (120 cm), exit to the c.ca 7sqm balcony equipped with table and chairs for your dining al fresco and washing machine corner.
Internal stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with exit to the c.ca 7 sqm balcony and A/C, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin; A/C in the landing next to the door of the second bedroom. ONLY SMALL/MEDIUM SIZED PETS ALLOWED.
WiFi max 3 GB per week are included.
