For shared use: natural state property. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 200 m footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at 200 m. Shop 250 m, supermarket 150 m, bus stop "Sporting" 1.4 km, railway station "Sion" 18 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 100 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Imalp SA in Les Collons.
